3D printers are very popular right now and have been used in every fields.People are taking everywhere about 3D printer, but many of us are still not exactly sure what 3D printer is,and how does 3D printing work?

What is 3D printer?

3D printers are used to make three dimensional objects and entities by printing. This process is also called additive manufacturing process.A 3D printer is best thought of in relation to your regular home printer, your ink printer at home use ink to printer text and images on paper,a 3D printer works by using materials such as plastic and metal to print 3 dimensional objects. The objects that are created in these printers can be of any shapes, sizes or geometry.

What you need for 3D printer?

First you need the appropriate 3D printing CAD software to make a digital model of your 3D design on your computer. To actually print and produce your 3D model, you will need some ink. Most commonly,3D printers print objects made from ABS plastic and other thermoplastic materials, mostly because plastic is the cheapest material to work with.

How does 3D printing work?

These printers first formulate the fundamental design of the object that you desire to form, which is made through a CAD file.3D printers print from the bottom up, adding layer on top of layer until your design is complete. After you make your 3D model on your computer and send it to your 3D printer, it might take your 3D printer hours or even days to process your design and "print out" your 3D object, depending on the size and complexity of your design and the quality of your 3D printer.
